This morning I had a parcel to get out to customer asap. Imagine my stress when I could not log in, and my security answer was not helping reset my password!
However the chat window, and to be more precise, Nicola was there to set things right. It took her no time at all to assimilate the problem, check I was who i said I was, and fix my issue - not failing to explain the 'why' of the situation.
