Today I communicated with Nicola via an online chat.
One of the parcels I sent has gone lost. My inquiry was about the investigation process that Parcel2Go are conducting right now. I wanted to find out how long it should take for them to get back to me with the updates on my missing parcel.
Nicola came across as a very caring, friendly, yet professional person.
Her communication was excellent and very much to the point.
I am now well informed and much more relaxed about the whole issue.
