Absolute garbage. "Attempted collection of the parcel failed" because the customer (aka.me) wasn't at home apparently. While I was monitoring the front door and next to my phone the entire day and NOBODY even attempted to get in touch or come near the house to collect it. The worst thing that the collection time for today hasn't ended, and yet they refuse to try pick it up again. They don't give a damn if it is their fault, that the time-sensitive parcel won't arrive in time.
