Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers beleiving that as they ae part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!
