Had text stating delivery Friday , waiting in all day , returned to depot, no card, when back out to delivery Monday , waiting in all day , sent back to depot again. Tuesday same, waiting all day , no delivery, no card returned to depot.
I have contacted where I purchased item from, they email parcelforce twice, no reply.
Why are they taking my parcel on a road trip back to Swansea all the time????
Can’t get hold of anyone in parcelforce, phone is a joke and not replying to email
