Was waiting fir a BT broadband hub. Shoukd have been delivered tiday but didnt turn uo. No text message,calling card ,nothing.
Cant beleive BT use them. Im going to give BT a poor review now because of Parcel force.
DPD are brilliant at communicating in the year 2020 using simple technology.
