Ordered a redelivery, never came. Raised a complaint, another week goes by, parcel delivered along with another parcel. When I open the second parcel, it’s for someone else, with my name and address stuck over the top. (I have refurbished a house, so get a lot of parcels). Complain again and ask them to collect.... another load of questions about the sender, the recipient blah, blah. I don't know! It’s not my parcel- just take it away and deliver to the poor person waiting for it. Awful service, don’t use them.
