If i had the option i would not even give 1 star. I have been told they are unable to deliver a parcel to us as our delivery route has been changed to between 1pm - 6pm. When advised we are a business that works Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm they could not help. Eventually agreed they would pit it on a pre 5pm delivery for today. Now been advised that it has been returned to the sender as they could not deliver it on Saturday!!!!!!!. Requested a manager to call me back last Friday still waiting.
