We were advised that our parcel would arrive between 1300 and 1400. Tracking system showed the driver a few miles away but suddenly disappeared from the system. 1900 and no parcel. No way of speaking to a human in customer service. Will my parcel arrive tomorrow? Who knows. What a lousy, useless excuse for a courier service.
