1st parcel returned to depot failed attempted delivery. Driver never came to the house or left a card as tracking stated. Now parcel 'missing' though it was supposed to have been taken back to the depot.
2nd parcel the next day returned to depot again for insufficient address. Checked with Cambridge depot who confirmed the address was correct and promised to investigate and ring me back. Never rang. No idea where my two deliveries are. Not good enough just to not bother to deliver, after all, this is 'supposed' to be a delivery service!!!!!!
