Absolutely disgraceful. Zero stars! Driver lied about failed attempted delivery. Never came near the house. Supposedly returned to depot and out for next day delivery. Cambridge wouldn't acknowledge this, so now tracking changed andstates 'damaged' to cover themselves.
2nd parcel the following day taken back to depot marked insufficient address. Checked with depot and the address was correct. Adviser said she'd investigate and would ring back. Never called me back.
This is a costly service which has 'mislaid' two cases of wine at Christmas time.????
