I just noted it said ‘help customers by talking about service’ I don’t think anyone needs to read the review, an average of 1.6 from 1800 reviews says it all. I am waiting for a parcel which I know they have had for a week. Their system doesn’t even recognise they have it, tried to find the status, but trying to get a human to talk to is impossible as far as I can see. Totally useless company. Please don’t use.
