Driver lied about having made delivery. Not our signature on card but amazingly the driver specifically remembers leaving the package on out front door - five weeks ago. PF originally said GPS showed the driver had NOT been to our address on the day, now they are claiming this was a mistake. What was definitely a mistake is using Parcel Force. My feeling is they are protecting their driver, even though they know he's in the wrong. £400 worth of goods gone missing.
