OPENED A COMPANY ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMP. WE WERE PROMISED GUARANTEED DELIVERY OF 4 DAYS TO TURKEY , AN ACCOUNT MANAGER THAT WILL HELP US WITH OUR ACCOUNT TO SEND AND RECEIVE PARCELS , SIGNED THE AGRREMENT AND DIRECT DEBIT .
THE ACCOUNT OPENED , THEY LOST MY PARCEL THAT HAD MY FAMILYS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS IN THEM , SECONDLY , I WAS TOLD BEFORE I SIGNED UP THEY WOULD ARRANGE A COLLECTIO FROM MY TURKEY ADDRESS , WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE I WAS TOLD , NO SUCH SERVICE FROM TURKEY . SO THEY LOST MY PARCEL AND THEN RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON , I COULDT EVEN ARRANGE A COLLECTION FROM MY BUSINESS TO MY UK CUSTOMERS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NOW , MY CUSTOMERS HAVE CANCELLED ORDERS . SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE IS UNBELEIVABLE .AND HE SO CALLED ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR OUR COMPANY , I HAVE LEFT 8 MESSAGES WITH HER ANSWER PHONE AND STILL NO CALL BACKS AFTER 6 BUSINESS DAYS . THIS CONMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME , I JUST WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT TRYIN TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND SEND MY ITEMS , ITS TIME WASTING AT THIS TIME OF COVID WHILE I AM SHORT STAFFED , THIS COMPANY REALLY HAD ME OVER BIG TIME . I AM AT A LOSS OF MORE THAN £ 700 ,MY LOST INTERNATIONAL PARCEL , MY customers got so annoyed and canclled their orders , DUE TO MY ACCOUNT RESTRICTION LAST WEEK AND NO HELP FROM MANAGERS THAT SUPPOSED TO LOOK AFTER A COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE COVID 19 ... AND KEEP YOUR SANITY PEOPLE ...I RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY .
