I booked a Monday collection and waited in all day. The driver did not collect, but updated the tracking to say he had! The next day he finally did collect my two parcels in an unmarked white van outsourced to TNT. One of the parcels made it home for Christmas, the other has been lost. Parcelforce told me on the phone, and I quote, that it might be somewhere on the pile of damaged parcels as there is a lot. Thanks for making an already terrible Christmas worse.
