I have posted a package before Christmas, the package was completely ruined and smashed up absolutely unusable costed me £600.
I have tried to make a claim but because I was off between Christmas and New Year I have run out of the 14 days so I simply got a; “sorry we cannot help you any further” answer
I find this unacceptable and outrageous, company hiding behind its terms and conditions while causing significant damages to clients.
I will not rest until this will get resolved not because of the £600, this is a matter of principle and decency
