Appalling! Worst ever delivery company. I’m surprised they are still in business. Constantly failed to deliver my parcels. Don’t turn up to collect items to post. Keep making ridiculous excuses why delivery has failed yet again! I have vowed to never use them again!
They don’t even contact customers with email or text re delivery, let alone use notification cards! What century are they operating in!
