Absolutely terrible, oops, did I say absolutely, sorry, meant to say ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service, or does SHOCKING, sound better? Waiting, waiting, waiting for my parcel from USA. Contact Parcelforce, parcel returned to USA “customs not paid.” Had I been informed of such, I would have collected my parcel. They say they had contacted me by letter, NO THEY DID NOT, I repeat, NO THEY DID NOT contact me by letter or card. Why is there not a space for zero stars. Parcelforce? ParcelFARCE.
