Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. Lost parcels, massive delays, no refund offered because you have to make the claim a few weeks after sending the parcel, my parcel didn't show up until 3 months later, at which point it sat in an unknown depot and then disappeared. No chance of getting in touch with them either. scum
