I guess that many people have satisfactory service from parcel force as, indeed, I have experienced in the past.
It is, of course, when things go wrong that their service is properly tested.
I recently sent a parcel to a customer it used the 48hr tracked signed for service.
The parcel reached the local delivery depot ( Maidstone) and there the problems started. For several consecutive days I received tracker messages saying the parcel could not be delivered because of access issues. The customer says there are no such issues and other couriers are delivering as normal.
I have tried to resolve this on line but am just taken round in circles and cannot contact anyone. The help desk does not work, I have waited on hold for over an hour on each of several phone lines, My emails are returned with the statement that they cannot answer e mails at this time. There is absolutely no way that I can contact anyone.
Don't think you are getting some sort of up market service from these guys they are useless!
