ParcelForce is the worst company on planet earth. Its "Express48" service invariably takes over a week - should be renamed "Excreta168".
Dickensian standards of customer service, frequent damage followed by officious and dismissive claims procedure, hopeless customs clearance and payment system, overpriced and not fit to trade.
Avoid at all costs.
