Organised and paid for a collection. Parcelforce dropped the parcel in a pool of water and gave it back to the sender undelivered. They won't speak to me or refund me. If this isn't legal mugging, I don't know what is? Second time it has happened so shame on me I guess. But my husband said the first time was probably an unlucky experience.
