What an appalling service. After missing a delivery because it was early (3 days), I had arranged to collect from depot, only to find another missed delivery card through my door. Having phoned again I was told my item had been delivered to a neighbour and a name was quoted - pure fiction ! I called again and after a while I was told my items had been "found" on the van...... I suppose its easy to miss 2 custom car seats.
