We paid an additional fee for Next Day delivery from ParcelForce, for a part we needed. It didn’t arrive next day, and no card left. We tracked it online, to find a note that said they were unable to deliver and it had been returned to the depot in Edinburgh. We phoned the depot, and were informed that the parcel hadn’t been delivered because the driver ran out of time! We asked about getting a refund for the extra we had paid for next day delivery, and were told that the sender would have to submit a claim! ParcelForce - if you can’t deliver for a next day service, you shouldn’t be advertising it, and if you don’t deliver because of a fault on your part, then a refund should be automatically triggered! We have advised the company not to use your service again. P.S. We do not live in a remote place. We live in a town not that far from Edinburgh!
