Parcelforce is THE worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. First time experience with them they supposedly came by my house every day of the week in the morning, I wasn’t home because I work every day and then online it said that the driver left a card every day. I never received a delivery notification card. It was a pain trying to track down my parcel and they only deliver from Monday through Friday and for Saturday delivery they charge £12. Now I’m waiting for a parcel again, it was handed over to Parcelforce Wednesday and just today Friday it showed up in their tracking system. The other merchandise I had ordered from the same company has arrived today and was delivered by Royal Mail. I cannot believe Parcelforce is still in business. Didn’t even want to give 1 star.
