waited in all day for something to be delivered between 0800 and 1800 no sign of it at 1815 went on tracking website only to find it had been returned to depot at 1530!!! No attempt to deliver item couldn't get a hold of customer services just a stupid automated voice telling me that my item was out for delivery.Not the first time I've had this problem with parcel force .DPD,UPS etc are miles ahead of this bunch of cowboys the sooner they go belly up the better!!!!!
