I ordered a courier service through Parcelforce (who allocated the pick to Hermes), The courier didn't turn up to pick up the parcel multiple times. Complete waste of time and money. Parcelforce also charge a cancellation fee via their website.
On a more positive note Parcelforce's customer service were swift in resolving my query in order to get a full refund.
