They took my parcel to the post office after a failed delivery but the issue is the post office only open for a couple of hours during the day. As someone who works full time I have no way of collecting. I called to re-arrange delivery but the adviser told me if I work during the day anyway it'd be pointless! Can leave in a safe place like every other delivery company but not these. Got to cancel order with the store now and no doubt wait weeks for a refund!
