Had a parcel collected from my house that was 10kg and very large, over 1m long and it got lost!! 2 months passed and they have had no record of this parcel ever being sent. Had to try and investigate myself after 3 months and the company realised that they put the wrong label on which got sent to a huge depot. They said they there is zero chance it will ever be found. Very careless, caused me so much stress as this was a gift for someone. Paid so much for this service which are completely useless, should be ashamed.
