Tracking is an absolute joke.
Why do I get an email saying I have a 1 hour time slot between 10:06 and 11:06 and then call customer-dis-service after 13:06 to be told "Thats just an estimate" and "We'll phone the driver". Why the lies? Just admit - it will be delivered if we dont lose it. Eventually.
