Parcel force is unreliable and uncooperative, they did not attempt to call us, as requested, to gain access. The tracking did not update, so we were unable to see where the van was. Waited in all morning, only to be told that he had tried to deliver but no one was there. Absolute rubbish. There’s only one courier firm that has consistently been reliable, helpful and with up to the minute tracking, plus text updates when we are the next deliver and that is DPD.
