Multiple ‘attempted delivery’s’ even though people have been home to answer the door, additionally no card was left indicating that they never bothered to turn up. Customer Services is also sub-par. The response I received was that I’m not the only customer that had failed delivery on the day? Still trying to figure out how that helps my situation. Previous to this the parcel was loaded into a van that never managed to leave the depot. Third delivery attempt is still due to be made. Complaints process appears to be only good at sweeping all complaints to one side, and then never provide a response or apology. TLDR: Parcel Force removes all convenience from sending or receiving Parcels. Appalling customer service and consistently fails to deliver in multiple aspects.
