Utterly useless. My heart always sinks when I see that Parcelforce will be delivering. Surprise surprise a we couldn't deliver your parcel text arrived. I can pay 12 quid to get it tomorrow, pay 6 quid to get it sent somewhere else or drive the 40 minutes to their depot to collect it. Cheers then.
Every other courier can manage to get their packages delivered first time. Why can't Parcelforce??
In future I shan't buy from places that use them as its more trouble than it is worth to use them.
