This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my world. The people that answer the calls are extremely unqualified and inexperienced. My delivery was meant to be here 2 days ago but the driver hasn't turned up yet. I will be sure to never use this service EVER or tell anyone sending items to use these incompetent people. I will surely spread the word because they have really got to my last nerve. Will make sure anyone I know or strangers that I hear that want to send or receive items never use this awful service.
