Terrible, they lie and are incompetent. Unfortunately if you have purchaed from abroud you dont get to choose the carrier. These guys are criminally bad and I hope the country can do something about them as they seem to be tied to royal mail. Dont bother calling their premium number they will most likely hang up after your expensive wait. Their customs team I found to be an absolute joke. Liars as I said. Package heading back to states.
