Truly disgusting company. I wish I never had to deal with them again, but I can't choose what courier will be used when I buy things. Driver just claims delivery has been attempted, probably so they can just have an easy day - I never get an attempted delivery card and now that I have zero trust I have waited a couple of times looking out at the street and it's the same result - no van, no card but somehow the driver claims they attempted delivery. I have complained intensely and yet nothing has changed.
