Hopeless service from parcelfarce. Apparently unable to locate my property - its only been in the same place for 35 years. first day delivery was due my ETA was from 00:00 to 00:00 but checking online the driver was unable to locate, i called and was told i would get a call from the depot. Nothing. On the second day no ETA but i checked online and parcel was out for delivery. after waiting 6 hours checked online and again apparently unable/ couldnt be bothered to locate. I called the helpline again and was told again by nice lady - ann marie that i would get a call. Still waiting for the call, still waiting for the parcel. . My house is in a housing estate, no other courier/ delivery company has ever had difficulty in delivering or locating my property. Parcelfarce are rubbish. Still waiting.....
