I ordered a package on amazon using their courier 24hr next day service and while on my tracking page it was displayed as out for delivery, it was not delivered.
I will NEVER be buying anything with parcelforce as a courier, by far the worst service I have encountered. I even had amazon contact the courier who informed me that it would definitely arrive today. Obviously this wasn't the case.
I say to anyone looking for a next day courier, go else where. STAY AWAY from parcelforce if you want your package to be delivered on time.
