Waiting over a week for parcel force to deliver. Spoke to several staff and was promised Friday, then promised the Monday - nothing. Held at their Stoke depot - why promise a delivery and not actually do that? Even sat by front door two whole days waiting. Never use Parcel Force. No scores, minus 10.
