please avoid this carrier at all costs.
they are very rude, no service or assistance at all, I've been charged some ghost costs to get my parcel delivered when I already paid a fortune for the shipping.
on top of that they managed to lose parcels more than one time resulting in the worst carrier ever in the uk !!!!
