I would give them no stars if I could. I sent a well packaged item using them. It was clearly marked FRAGILE GLASS HANDLE WITH CARE, which was ignored as the item was damaged when the went to deliver the item.
Trying to get through to them to complain is pathetic, no customer service, and try to pass the buck when it comes to paying compensation.
Never use them they are useless, and a waste of time.
