They have no consideration of your parcel nor dealing with any issues that arise with it. It's all good if it works well and your parcel arrives without a scuffle but dealing with their customer service is the worst, they take long to reply, they keep passing you on to their next colleague and are always adamant that it's your fault even though you provided all the information that was required at the time. I would definitely not recommend their services for the risk of having to deal with their horrible customer service nor being able to get your money back.
