In future if I want to order anything online or over the phone I will ask who the company employs to deliver their parcels. If the answer is Parcel force I will cancel my order and try elsewhere. Their attitudes border upon bizarre. In this "paperless" age why do they still insist on printed utility bills, driving licence or passport as a form of id to collect a parcel from the post office. They would not accept any emails or texts from parcel force themselves if it's on a mobile phone. Well the force isn't with you. Try a new name... Dinosaur Delivery.
