Paid for the Express 24 service and was given the option of choosing a collection time. I chose no later than 16.30, the parcel was finally picked up at 18.15. This apparently then meant that it could not be delivered the next day, like I had paid for, and therefore would be delivered the day after.
I sent the parcel Express 24 as it had to be there the next day. When I tweeted @Parcelforce for some assistance and some idea of when it would be delivered, they could only apologise but not tell me what time the receiver could expect the parcel.
I suggested Parcel Force to my client as I've only ever previously had good experiences with them. This experience not only inconveniences my client, but reflects poorly on me. I will not be using them again.
