Utterly and completely useless
Utterly and completely useless. If I could award no stars I would. How long does it take to receive a parcel after a failed delivery? 4 yes 4 weeks!!!!! Delivery was requested on a Tuesday so Parcelforce decided to deliver on the day prior. 5 attempts with their non human contact centre plus email contact failed to deliver. Finally resorted to contacting the seller of the goods and 5 days after that the parcel arrived. Parcelforce you are a disgrace
