I was expecting a package from the UK to be delivered to Berlin, I tracked the package from the website and it says: ADDRESSEE TO COLLECT FROM DEPOT: Obviously, the postman who attempted to deliver the package to my address, did not leave a note which depot should I get it from or even an email. IAM NOT A GENIE / FORTUNE TELLER to guess where the hell my package is! trying to phone CS for 30 mins straight no one answers. unreliable service.
