I want to know why Parcelforce 48 takes 3-4 days (and longer sometimes) to deliver a parcel from Bradford to just north of Inverness???
Other couriers manage it in 24 hrs, I know I've had them.
I wish companies would offer a courier option to their customers rather than sticking with their one contracted and substandard courier
