Just followed my tracking number to the Parcelforce website and found that today and yesterday they have recorded "The addressee has requested a future delivery date". Quite simply, this is not true. We have not been contacted, have not requested a later delivery, and there has been someone at the delivery address at all times.
I assume it is a lie in an attempt to make their service look better than it is.
