Parcel Farce.
0 stars if I had the choice.
Email on the day of attempted delivery saying it would arrive between 10 and 11am. I was a work. Never left a card.
Next two attempts no time slot so again i was out.
I've now organised for collecting at a post office.
Everyone who needs to send a package with should warned against using them.
If Amazon and Hermes can offer alternatives ('leave with neighbour', 'leave in porch') then why can't this bunch of morons??
