I have never received such an unacceptable service...I am genuinely surprised that parcelforce are still in business with an ethos which clearly places the importance of good customer service down the very bottom of their operations! We have a business account with parcelforce and in the past few months have had, missed collections, damaged items, consignments being split despite stating clearly they needed to remain together, missed deliveries, missed deadlines, they appear to have zero control over their drivers (who incidentally seem to run the show), drivers and account managers with zero accountability, promises of returned calls that never happen, elusive account managers, a dis-jointed system which doesn't seem to let anyone see a big picture of what is going on....awful service please go elsewhere!
